Quiet Crow Bonsai
A Collection of Stellar Bonsai MusingsMeet Pam Woythal
I am the author of several articles related to bonsai and design. Many of these were written for the American Bonsai Society website while I was webmaster and Secretary. And more recently as webmaster of Milwaukee Bonsai Society. I have been practicing bonsai since 1990 and have attended numerous classes, workshops and conventions. I'm from the Midwest (USA) originally, worked around the country, yet Milwaukee is my home.
My vision for Quiet Crow Bonsai is one of education, contemplation, understanding and community. It’s a place for friendly exchange of ideas; from technical to philosophical. A site where enthusiest can come to learn not only bonsai skills but how to grow their organizations. Please find more information on my background and thanks very much for your interest.

Personal Philosophy
"You have to roll up your sleeves to be a stonecutter before you can become a sculptor - command of craft always precedes art: apprentice, journeyman, master." - Philip Gerard, author
Quiet Crow Bonsai site is a collection of designs and techniques for bonsai students and enthusiest.
You can view pictures, projects and philosophy as I share my experience and love of bonsai.
The site teaches you to use your creativity to take advantage of my experience to create your bonsai dreams. It teaches you how you can to grow your own club or organization so it too thrives.
And as if that’s not enough, you can see me designing and sharing my experience at clubs around the state at Milwaukee Bonsai Socciety
